GizzlerandCursor c73f53d740 Slim MfApi stack to restart-only path. 
Drop ping/list discovery, WinRM scripts, and heavy Java probing so only KnownContainers + MBean restart remain.

Gizzler ada6b6ca83 Fallback MfApi restart via MBean stop when IAgentProxy is unbounded. 
Remote JMS clients cannot call IAgentProxy.restart; use stop/restart invoke like SMC.

GizzlerandCursor a89a7ad4b6 Fix MfApi ClassNotFound by passing Java classpath via ArgumentList. 
Use ct-ZADBService and explicit MfClientLibPath so SMC restart finds client JARs.

GizzlerandCursor ea6e760434 Fix MfApi Java discovery via SonicHome JRE and ship prebuilt tool. 
MfApi restart/list no longer requires system JAVA_HOME or javac when Sonic ships a JRE and Tools/SonicMfContainerTool.jar is present.

GizzlerandCursor 11941a45f5 Switch default restart to Sonic MF Management API via Domain Manager. 
Use ConnectionUrl and SMC credentials with IAgentProxy.restart; keep WinRM only as optional fallback.
