GizzlerandCursor 58b7826162 Add live TLS certificate probing and improve restart error handling. 
Configure CertificateCheckUrl per container for curl-like TLS checks, classify Sonic permission errors, and extend setup wizard for container management.

GizzlerandCursor f98daec656 Show target certificate validity after PFX exchange. 
Reuse the source PFX password for path probes and fall back to the loaded certificate expiry for successfully exchanged targets.

GizzlerandCursor c73f53d740 Slim MfApi stack to restart-only path. 
Drop ping/list discovery, WinRM scripts, and heavy Java probing so only KnownContainers + MBean restart remain.

GizzlerandCursor d1ef63f3f7 Improve Sonic Java discovery beyond SonicHome\jre layouts. 
Parse setenv scripts, search recursively under Sonic/MQ/ESB roots, and surface resolved SonicHome + java paths in the UI and full error lists.

GizzlerandCursor 11941a45f5 Switch default restart to Sonic MF Management API via Domain Manager. 
Use ConnectionUrl and SMC credentials with IAgentProxy.restart; keep WinRM only as optional fallback.
